I want to take a moment to speak to you from my heart.

When I created Nail Fortunes, my vision was to spark joy, creativity, and surprise, inspired by the simple magic of discovering a small message inside a fortune cookie and translating that excitement into nail art.

However, I’ve heard you. I’ve listened deeply to the feedback from the Asian American community and beyond. It was never our intention to take away from, misrepresent, or profit off any culture. We understand now that our initial approach and presentation did not reflect the respect and honor that this beautiful cultural tradition deserves. And for that, I am truly sorry.

We have taken immediate steps to update our website and our messaging to better reflect our true intentions: to celebrate, partner with, and uplift the Asian American community. We are actively working to ensure that our products and brand story showcase the respect and collaboration that these traditions deserve.

Please know that we are committed to continuous learning and improvement. We want to move forward by building bridges, not barriers, and by supporting the culture that inspired Nail Fortunes in meaningful, authentic ways.
